You as the rentee accept the equipment in its present condition and accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment you are renting. You agree to pay possible fees for late cancelations, late returns, and any damages to equipment as clarified below.

To ensure your safety and enjoyment, we enforce the following policies:

Simple Life Outdoors requires a valid credit card for payment. Our gear will not be confirmed or delivered without full payment in advanced.

Smoking is not permitted while using any rental equipment, failure to comply will result in a $50.00 cleaning fee.

Failure to adequately clean camping equipment (no debris or substances on or in equipment) before return will result in a $50.00 cleaning fee, subject to the discretion of Simple Life Outdoors staff.

A minimum of 24 hours for cancelation, less than 24 hours results in a $25.00 fee.

Items returned late will result in a $50.00 inconvience fee as there may be other customers waiting to use the gear for that day/night.

If damages occur to the gear or an item are lost, you may be charged for repairs or replacement of the product.
