Before putting them on: there is a snowshoe for the left foot and one for the right foot. Make sure you have put your snowshoes on correctly. The tightening buckles should be on the outside of the foot. Adjustment: your snowshoes must be properly adjusted to ensure your safety.

1) Your foot must be properly secured in the heelpiece and toepiece to optimize support.

2) Tighten the straps and buckles snug but not over tight.
