Do we need to clean the gear?
We ask that you do not use and cleaners on our gear or feel the need to completely clean it. Please check for any dirt, debris, garbage etc. the equipment will be cleaned and sanitized by us.
Is the gear clean?
Yes, every piece of gear is carefully cleaned and sanitized before it is rented out to the next customer.
What happens if gear gets damaged?
The customer is responsible for any damages to the gear including rips or tears that require stitching or sewing, spilt liquids, stains, burns or any other damages that require fixing or replacement. If an item cannot be fixed or if the item is missing, additional charges may apply to the customer. Please be careful with all gear to avoid any additional repair or replacement charges.
What happens if I return the equipment late?
You will be charged a $50.00 dollar inconvenience fee for other customers that may be booking the gear needed for that date. Call us and we'll discuss the situation and see what we can do to help, we are easy to work with and want everyone to be happy!
Can someone help me put together a gear package if I’m not sure what I need?
Absolutely! Feel free to give us a call, text or email and we will gladly help you pick the gear that’s right for you.
Is there a fee for delivery? If so, can I pick up items myself?
We do charge a $13.00 delivery fee for all orders. Currently we offer delivery only and do not have a store front for pick up. By doing delivery we can offer lower prices!
Can I rent longer than 5 days?
Contact us directly and we may be able to work out a custom deal for your adventure!
How do I know what size pack back I need?
Check the “Gear info” page for information on sizing and how to properly pack your bag, and any other gear information. If your still unsure, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help!
